Booking Rules: Houses and Tiny Cabin have a 2 night minimum except 3 nights for Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Age: Must be 25+ to Book Families/Couples/Individuals Only - Large Groups require Owner approval. Deposit: >30 Days. 50% Required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If balance is not paid when due, then reservation will be canceled and Deposit is forfeited. <30 Days. Full payment due at time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: >30 Days. Full Refund of deposit less $100 Cancelation Fee and Software booking Fees. <30 Days. No Refund. Unless we are able to rebook and fully book all days reserved. If booked to another customer then 100% of payment is refunded to the original customer less $100 Cancelation Fee and non refundable Software booking fees. Fees: Cleaning Fee $150 Per Stay. Software Booking Fee: 4% Of Reservation Total. Max $10 per booking.
