Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your arrival date. If you do not cancel 7 days before arrival, you will be responsible for the first night's deposit + tax. The Private Site has its own cancellation policy which can be found on our website.
Holiday Weekend Policy: Our policy for holiday weekends is a 3-night minimum stay.
