Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens. Here’s how we handle cancellations:

 7 days or more prior to Check-In, refund minus a 10% cancellation plus all non-refundable fees.  6 days or less prior to Check-In, No refund.

Refunds are not issued for early departures or for campers asked to leave due to policy violations.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

CHECK-IN 3:00PM

CHECK-OUT 11:00AM

OCCUPANY:

Prices are based on 2 people per site type; additional people are $5.00 per head per night

Parking:

One vehicle per site. Park within your designated space and never on another campsite.

NO EV Charging:

Currently, we DO NOT allow EV Charging, our park is not set up to handle the power it takes to charge an EV Vehicle.  

Removal/Termination Policy:

Any Violation of park rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

NO TRANSFER or ASSIGNMENT: Sublicensing or subleasing of space not permitted. Camper shall not allow occupancy of the RV in exchange for payment or other consideration (including specifically, without limitation, occupancy pursuant to a transaction through Airbnb, VRBO, or other companies offering similar services) while the RV is at the Resort premises. Any unauthorized subletting or assignment is ground for immediate termination without a refund.
