Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled 2 days or less before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount.
Reservations canceled 3–7 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount.
Reservations canceled 8 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee.
We allow one complimentary reservation date change per reservation, subject to availability. Once a reservation has been moved or rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for canceled reservations that have previously been rescheduled.
Please note that, per credit card provider requirements, refunds can only be issued to the original payment card used to make the reservation. If that card is no longer available, a refund will be issued by check or gift card.
